We completely redesigned the kitchen, removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen, and opening the wall between the kitchen and the foyer. We vaulted the living room from an 8’ ceiling and added a window in the vault, bringing in an impressive amount of light. Lastly, we removed an unused sliding glass door and built a boxed bay to hold a window seat with storage beneath. This renovation included removal of vinyl flooring in kitchen and carpeting in dining room, living room and stairwells and replacing with updated, carefree flooring.
