It’s been about 6 years since we moved into our Mountainside home in Deerlake, and Mary and I wanted to let you know how much we’re enjoying our house and thank you again for the great job you did. We haven’t experienced a single problem with the house and it looks about as good as it did the day we moved in, reflecting the high quality of your construction. As you may recall, we had a difficult lot to build on – steep and with potential drainage problems. You did a masterful job preparing the lot and picking a site for the house – it looks great from the street and we’ve never had a problem with drainage or erosion – even when we had 10 inches of rain over a 24 hour period. Likewise, the interior of the house is very nicely laid out and many people have complimented us on the design – we always tell them that we have Carole to thank for that. And, no matter how hot or cold, our utility bills have remained low. I hope you both are well; I know that you’re keeping busy – and with good reason
